Emergency repairs: what to do

Emergencies can happen at any time, and it’s helpful to know what qualifies as an urgent repair.  


Issues that threaten safety or could lead to significant damage, like a burst pipe or electrical faults, fall into this category.

  • If you have an emergency repair in business hours, contact your strata manager.

  • If your emergency happens after business hours, please contact our 24/7 Emergency After Hours Service at 1300 092 863.
